Development History

In 1949, the company's predecessor, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Plant, was born with the foundation of new China.

In 1950s, blowing, sizing and dyeing & printing equipment were mainly developed;

In 1951, the first 32 sets of roving machine were produced, and since then new products appeared almost every year. The varieties of products have been up to more than one thousand from the sole blowing equipment.

In 1960s, viscose and vinylon equipment were mainly developed;

In 1970s, medium and small sized acrylics, nylon and polyester fiber equipment were mainly developed;

In 1980s, chemical fiber equipment and flat screen printing units were mainly developed;

In 1987, State Significant Technical Equipment Prize was awarded to the annual 15,000 tons polyester staple fiber after-treatment equipment.

In 1990s, top-grade blowing carding unit, sizing, large-scale dry acrylic fiber and viscose equipment were mainly developed, with the aim to the international advanced level and great progress on high start point, blowing-carding machine and reciprocating bale plucker won the great national technology research prize.

In 1991, GA301 sizing machine was awarded the sole Gold Medal of National Textile Machinery Industry.

In March 2001, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Plant passed the production auditing from Beijing Quality Assurance Center of China Association for Quality, taking the lead in the textile machinery industry achieved 2000 version of the standard of ISO9001 quality system certification.

In May 2002, Zhengzhou textile machinery Co., LTD. was set up, marking the farewell to 53-year history of Plant system, realizing the corporation operation management model.

The project in 2006“Integrated research on rayon staple engineering system with annually produced production capacity of 45000t" won the sole national technology progress first prize in textile industry in recent 20 years.

In 2010, by means of capital and stock increases, reorganization and acquisition, and assets integration, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery was renamed Hi-Tech Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The major businesses were expanded from sole textile machinery to three principal businesses--textile machinery, engineering machinery and special vehicles.

In September 2014.headquarters of Hi-Tech Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was moved to No.258, Wutong street and started the new trip.

In January 2015, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded.

In December 2019, deployed strategically by CHTC Group Hi-Tech Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. integrated China Textile Science &Technology Co., Ltd. and Autefa Solutions, which are focusing on nonwoven businesses.

Becoming one of the national industrial design centers. It is the first batch of "national level industrial design centers" in the textile machinery industry, and also the first "national level industrial design center" in the field of intelligent textile machinery equipment.
